This project is a land management agreement with the private landholder. The $45million development will replace six run-down buildings with two boutique luxury apartment blocks, in the sought-after Sydney beachside suburb of Manly.
FEATURES:
- The heritage-significant facade of one of the existing buildings will be restored and incorporated into the design of the new development.
