1 Holman Street Apartments, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane

1 Holman Street is a high quality development, aimed at the owner/occupier market. The project is a prestige development, encapsulating Kangaroo Point's commanding views of Petrie Bight and the New Farm reach of the Brisbane River.

FEATURES:

This prestige apartment development has set a new benchmark in terms of quality finish and appointments and occupies one of Kangaroo Point's best sites. It includes:

  • two eight-storey towers containing 39 luxury apartments with two above ground carparking levels
  • a total of 12 riverside villas with extensive landscaping and community features
  • refurbished jetty and the construction of a new boardwalk along the river frontage
  • an alternative lift system that eliminated the lift motor room, providing savings for the client whilst maintaining the building's height limit
  • alternative performance-based fire engineering to reduce cost, yet maintain owner safety
