1 Holman Street is a high quality development, aimed at the owner/occupier market. The project is a prestige development, encapsulating Kangaroo Point's commanding views of Petrie Bight and the New Farm reach of the Brisbane River.
FEATURES:
This prestige apartment development has set a new benchmark in terms of quality finish and appointments and occupies one of Kangaroo Point's best sites. It includes:
- two eight-storey towers containing 39 luxury apartments with two above ground carparking levels
- a total of 12 riverside villas with extensive landscaping and community features
