Leaders of tomorrow - k2 conquering leadership
Part of our Leaders of Tomorrow suite of management development programs is our K2 Conquering Leadership program. K2 has been specifically designed to transform our emerging and existing managers into leaders of tomorrow.
The program runs over nine months providing a holistic learning experience for participants to practically apply and test leadership best practice theories in their everyday work activities. Part of the reward for participants who meet the assessment criteria is a nationally recognised Diploma qualification in Business Management.
The program covers a broad range of leadership disciplines including:

why k2?
Dubbed the Savage Mountain, K2 in the Himalayas is the second highest peak yet arguably the hardest to climb. With an 8,611 metre (28,250 foot) summit, routes more difficult than those that lead to the top of Everest and a surrounding weather pattern that is significantly colder and less predictable, reaching the top is the equivalent of winning the Olympic Gold Medal in mountaineering.
